Tuckshop

Tuckshop is open five days per week between 8.40am and 1.40pm.

  • First break:     11.00 am – 11.40 am
  • Second break:   1.10 pm – 1.50 pm

The tuckshop operates within the Qld Association of school tuckshop guidelines and offers low fat, low sugar and low salt foods.  For any information on these guidelines please visit our staff in the tuckshop. Our menus are available on our online ordering system, Munch Monitor - see details below.  You may also access a printable version of the menu (current as at 1 February 2018) here.

If your child suffers from food allergies or intolerances it is up to you to satisfy yourself that any item is safe for your child to eat.  Please visit the tuckshop if your child has any special dietary requirements.

The tuckshop also provides meals for those who forget to bring their lunch.  In the event that this happens, a bill will be sent home that day.  Please ensure that payment is made as soon as possible.

Volunteers

The tuckshop operates with the assistance and support of volunteer parents and we gratefully appreciate this help and welcome any new volunteers.  An hour, a morning or all day as any time would greatly assist to keep this valuable service running.

A tuckshop volunteer roster is available to help manage times. View the roster to find vacant times and feel free to add your name to the roster if you are able to help. For more information, please contact the Retail Subcommittee at retail@windsorsspandc.com.au. The tuckshop convenor can be contacted on (07) 3866 4306.

Ordering system

Ordering tuckshop is now available online!

The tuckshop has partnered with Munch Monitor, who provides online ordering services for school tuckshops and uniform shops in schools across Australia. Download the information sheet for more information and how to set up and use this service.

  • Orders are filled and placed in class boxes, which are collected before each break by tuckshop monitors.
  • Children's lunchtime is supervised and when the second bell has rung children are permitted to buy extra food from the tuckshop.
  • Ice blocks may be ordered on tuckshop bags but will not be sent to class.  Children must bring their bags to tuckshop to collect ice blocks once the second bell has rung.
